Lawyer

Law graduate from Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid, promotion 2006-2010. Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Málaga, promotion 2011-2013. Master’s Degree in Business Internationalization from the Málaga Chamber of Commerce in 2014. In 2023, he completed the Specialization Course in Construction Law, and in 2024, the 19th Urban Planning Course at the Spanish Institute for Urban Studies. He has an advanced command of English and basic knowledge of French.

Registered as a practicing lawyer with the Málaga Bar Association since 2012, he has worked throughout his career in real estate transactions, advising both Spanish citizens and non-residents, ensuring compliance with urban planning, tax, and contractual regulations.

He has extensive experience in condominium law, advising homeowners’ associations in conflict management and legal proceedings. He also handles urban lease management, having been involved in drafting rental agreements and eviction proceedings. Additionally, his expertise in urban planning discipline enables him to efficiently manage legal restoration procedures, sanctioning processes, and licensing files, ensuring proper compliance with applicable regulations.

Since April 2019, he has been part of the Mintegui Abogados team, where he continues to develop his professional practice in civil, administrative, and real estate law, providing tailored legal solutions for his clients.

Since early 2024, he has been a member of the Training Committee of the Marbella delegation of the Málaga Bar Association.
