Founding partner of the firm in October 1996. Law graduate from the University of Deusto - Bilbao (Vizcaya), class of 1988-1993. ERASMUS Diploma issued by the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) in June 1993. Holder of a "Master's Degree in Territorial and Urban Policy" (Specialization: Urban Management) from the Carlos III University of Madrid, December 1995. Registered as a practicing lawyer with the Illustrious Bar Association of Málaga since April 1994. Engages in external collaborations with other professional law firms in Bilbao, Barcelona, and Düsseldorf.

Specializing in urban planning and administrative law, she also focuses on foreign real estate investment, construction projects, and real estate development, as well as general contracting. Her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in these areas allow her to provide specialized and personalized legal advice to her clients. Additionally, in the field of Civil Law, she has a solid background in condominium law, property rights, and civil liability, both contractual and non-contractual.

She served as a Professor in the Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Málaga, teaching courses on Urban Planning Discipline, including urban infractions, sanctions, and legal restoration, for fourteen years, from 2009 to 2023.

Furthermore, she held the position of Delegate in Marbella for the Málaga Bar Association from 2010 to 2013 and served as Secretary of the Governing Board from 2020 to 2024.

Since early 2025, she has been a member of the Ethics Committee of the Málaga Bar Association.
